As a Chef at ORACLE Indonesia, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the recipes and standards set by the company. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards set by the company,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner,Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations,Assist in the training and development of other kitchen staff,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Work with other departments to ensure that food is prepared according to customer specifications,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all kitchen staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role,Experience with Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
