The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the administration of employee records and personnel files.,Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
