📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensuring the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Training and developing store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitoring store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Managing customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.,Overseeing the store's financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.,Implementing and promoting the store's marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensuring the store's image and brand are maintained and enhanced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
