CV Pratama Persada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and optimization of the supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of supply chain policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new staff in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the supply chain industry.
