In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure the safety and efficacy of medications by verifying prescriptions, preparing medications, and monitoring drug interactions.,Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication counseling and patient education.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and patient information.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.,Monitor and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards.,Train and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.,Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
