You will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other external partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee legal compliance and adherence to land laws and labor regulations for construction projects.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other external partners.
• Conduct legal due diligence for project sites and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to construction projects.
• Provide legal advice and support to project managers and other team members.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities for the company.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in land laws, labor regulations, and other relevant legal issues.
• Represent the company in legal and external relations matters as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and external relations management within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of land laws, labor regulations, and other relevant legal issues in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
