📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local driver communities and partners.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance our brand presence.
• Coordinate with local partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Use Salesforce to manage partnerships and track engagement metrics.
• Leverage Google Workspace for communication and collaboration with the team.
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners to address any issues and provide support.
• Organize community events and activities to strengthen our presence in the local area.
• Provide regular reports on community engagement activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or partnership management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
