Hotel Citra Motor is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

We are a remote-friendly company, offering flexible work arrangements for eligible candidates. This position is open to both remote and on-site candidates in Nusa Dua, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
