Sun Silver Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to foster a strong talent pipeline.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
