📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Help in the coordination and execution of banquet events, ensuring smooth operations.,Assist in the management of guest lists and reservations.,Support in the provision of excellent customer service to banquet guests.,Help in the maintenance and cleanliness of banquet areas.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for banquet events.,Support in the organization and execution of post-event follow-ups and feedback collection.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event management is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and facilities.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
