📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and mentor new staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
