📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and compliance with safety standards.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven experience in supervising and training warehouse staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
