📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
