📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist the Head Chef in meal planning and preparation.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Timorese cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
