This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the client's expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for the banquet.,Manage the banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed on time.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional solutions.,Maintain the banquet area, ensuring it is clean and well-presented at all times.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensuring they are served on time.,Keep accurate records of banquet events and customer feedback.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banquet event planning and management.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
