In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.,Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth export processes.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export transactions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in export documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in export documentation or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of export regulations and trade policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
