📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on food and beverage products to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality control checks and inspections on incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Document and record test results and findings using specialized software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a FAT Operator or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle for quality control documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to different production sites as required.
• Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
