Food Code Mandiri is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and transportation.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet's performance and safety. You will be working closely with our drivers and mechanics to ensure that our vehicles are well-maintained and that our drivers are well-trained and safe.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, working closely with mechanics and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.

Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that vehicles are refueled according to schedule.

Track vehicle usage and ensure that vehicles are assigned to the right drivers and used for the right purposes.

Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all insurance policies are up-to-date.

Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure that all safety standards are met.

Train and supervise drivers, ensuring they are aware of all safety procedures and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

Valid driver's license is required.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
