Hotel Nanda Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Assist with room assignments and ensure guest comfort.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including word processing and email.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
