Root Up Indonesia is a dynamic and growing coffee shop chain in Bali. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Canggu. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in our store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of the coffee shop.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to work both in-store and remotely.,Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
