In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, and monitor actual performance against budgeted amounts.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information for audits.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
