📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using retail management software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
