📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting system.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.,Oversee the work of junior accounting staff and provide guidance and support.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage the company's budget and ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
