📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
