Agung Kirana Digital is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Train and develop production team members to improve skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.,Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
