📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and cultural nuances is a plus.
