This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
