📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write API documentation and other technical reference materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, XML, or other technical documentation formats.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
