📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor, and overhead expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and revenue, and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
