This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. This position is based in Bali, Indonesia, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire QA/QC process to ensure compliance with international and local standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and safety.,Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the food or fragrance industry.,Strong knowledge of international and local quality standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques is a plus.
