📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and deliver effective training programs,Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related software,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successful training initiatives
