📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to project managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety and quality control measures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program or have a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and other construction management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
