📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement regional development strategies in collaboration with the Regional Development Manager.
• Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regional and national regulations and standards.
• Facilitate community engagement and empowerment initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive and productive working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional development, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of regional development principles and practices.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
