As an IT Support Specialist at Infomedia Nusantara, you'll be the first point of contact for our retail team in Canggu, Badung. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system installations, and providing training to end-users. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and the opportunity to immerse yourself in Bali's rich culture.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line technical support to retail staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and ensure network connectivity.
- Train end-users on the use of IT systems and software.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficient in using Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
