📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring system uptime and performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues and improve system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, database management, and cybersecurity.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
