📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of our laundry facilities in Canggu, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or laundry industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and software such as SAP or Oracle.
