Oversee the development and implementation of KYC and AML policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of KYC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and operational excellence.,Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with KYC and AML processes.,Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration of KYC solutions.,Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to proactively address evolving risks.,Monitor and analyze KYC and AML data to identify trends and patterns, and recommend improvements to processes.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers to ensure the quality and reliability of KYC solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.,10+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with a proven track record of success in a similar capacity.,Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, including FATF recommendations and local regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of identity verification technologies and solutions.Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong project management and organizational skills.
