As a Legal Supervisor at Kalibesar Artha Perkasa, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations. You will work closely with the legal team to provide expert advice and guidance on complex legal issues, and you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for integrity and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the legal aspects of our business operations, including contract management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the management team on complex legal issues.
Ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
Work closely with the legal team to maintain the company’s reputation for integrity and compliance.
Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may impact our business.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Provide training and support to other team members on legal matters as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with a focus on corporate law and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law, labor law, and environmental regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
Certification in corporate law or regulatory compliance is a plus.
